MY PHILOSOPHY SEMINAR

TEACHING- AN ART

uTeaching is an art . The art comes from teacher’s personality, experience and talents.
uThe art of teaching focuses on the process of creating atmosphere, delivering relative information through  performance and creatively incorporating unexpected events into lessons.
uThe art of teaching is presentation as well as improvisational.
Teaching is based primarily on feelings and artistry not scientific rules.
Teaching as an art demonstrates ways in which the teacher may use creative ways to present the materials so it is fun and interesting for his or her students.
Some examples are games , activities, and movie related talks.
Students are like a blank canvas  or a mold of clay and teachers strive to help them learn thus transforming them into  successful and educated individuals.
As a teacher one should find the methods and strategies that work best for them. Teachers are not standardized products. What works for one teacher may not work for the other.
To be an effective teacher we must carve out our own teaching philosophy and discover our own unique talents and learn how to use them.
The art of teaching is centered on the individual       experience and practice of the teacher
Teaching is the sum of every discipline, but more than any other, it is an art. Teachers are artists who use a variety of medium to engage learners.
A great teacher is a great artist and that there are  few other great artists. Teaching is arguably be the greatest of the arts since the medium is the human mind and sprite.
The art of teaching requires a lot of diligence, and a person who teaches should enjoy and always give the best performance everyday they teach.
